The Izula can cut but how does it throw?

I would never throw an izula! But I do love a bit of recreational throwing in the back yard with my throwers. If you are that into throwing something that small, go with something that cost you a few bucks at the gun show made in china. You don't need an edge on a thrower, just a tip.

I used this oak in the backyard to make a ridiculously heavy hard to move throwing board. I just moved and may scavenge the rounds since they aren't rotting quick, but the dang thing is HEAVY. I may have to burn it at the old house. You want to chose a wood that won't rot, or in my case...split after a while. Note the condor throwing axe! makes a great rabbit stick too :P You can barely see it but a ninja and Batman are training in the background. In the meantime, I'm stalking bacon with the other axe.
