The Jani-Song is on the horizon!

This has me excited! Sal, will you and Eric have a prototype at Blade Show this year?

so glad to see this finally come to fruition!!! been waiting for a long time... almost shelled out over $700 to get one of the originals, but didnt do it. I've been waiting one, and dreaming of them ever since!!! Why is xmas so far away?!?

Production, but patience will be required. As with most of what we do, we try to keep our afi's in the loop, but this stuff always takes longer than all of us would like. Your kind understanding is appreciated.

I think I can speak for most if not all of the afis around here that have been a fan of the Jani-song when I say we have nothing but patience. After all, the Jani-song was unveiled in 2008 (or was it 2007?). We're just glad that this thing will actually see the light of day. It would be a shame to let such an innovative mechanism not get use.

It is the elusive beast of knives for me, even more so than any holy grail knife.
