Yep, but they didn't need our help. We were just along for the ride and for SWAT magazine. Squared away bunch of guys. BTW: most of them carry RAT knives ;)

the new 10" chopper looks good to me. I like the fact that you dropped the handle a little. Looks like a good angle to me and I bet it's comfortable.

Would love to see a chop off between a 12" Tramontina, 12" Ontario and this new RAT. Soft wood, hard wood and brush for the test mediums. Then we would know which blade was best for the medium you will be cutting.

NICE blade, looking forward to Feb.- March now that I have something to look forward to after the holidays instead of more snow and income taxes.

Ha! Smart man. The best approach is to buy and stockpile all the loot you can BEFORE you get married. Keeping at least half of it out of sight isn't a bad plan either. After marriage, things like furniture, vacation, food, become more important than new knives and guns, and the money just isn't there like it use to be.

So does launching in January mean the dealers will have them in January, or is that like a promotional date, and they hit the dealers later?
