Dale @ TKC is a great guy to deal with!! "X" Brand manufacturer packaged the wrong blade in the the right box, and I sent a note to TKC to let them know. I received a call with in a few minutes... Dale's customer service was out of this world. TKC will my next knife order, and has earned a customer for life:thumbup: Kudos thanks Dale!!
