The knife you just won't part with...ever

An old buck 110 and a gerber gator. Both look like absolute hell. My father carried one or the other on his sam brown belt until he retired.

My old Gerber Gator that my mom gave me for Christmas. That thing has been on lots of hunting and fishing trips. I like it because I can still get a firm grip even when my hands are wet. It's also was my EDC for years. Now it's in semi retirement. I bought a new one as a back up in case I lost that one, but I've never opened the plister pack.

You like this large Persian? A lot find it in the "eye candy" category.

Bladeplay claims to have one of these in stock for $90. It could be a small verison though. I don't know much about the Persians:

That's about right for a small one. They are not discontinued. The large is and you can't hardly find one at all. (and if you do, 90 dollars doubled won't get it!)

Figures . . .

I just saw a large PE black Manix on eBay for $270 buy it now!

Well, its not so much a knife, as it is a couple of names. Pretty much, anything that is either from the Jones Brothers or RJ Martin is not going anywhere. Ever.

I have a proto that I won from RJ at a Meet-n-Greet, a Devastator that I love, and quite a few of the Jones Brothers' goodies.

Yup, fixed or folder, these individuals are friends of mine, and I wouldn't trade the stuff I have by them for anything.

Just noticed that is the bladeshop! Better do a search on that place in the exchange forums, before you decide to buy there. This isn't the place to say anything about them, but a search on the GB&U will tell you all you need to know.

I wasn't planning to and never used them before but thanks for the heads up anyway :)

A Soldier SAK and a Spyderco Armorer's Endura.

Both are very useful in my line of work.

TR Graham
The Glocksmith

Small custom tanto my dad designed(made by Bandit blades), and the Cold Steel Master Tanto he presented to me when I reached 1st Dan.
And my Civilian, Mini-Dejavoo, etched Spin, and Solingen 440 dagger, as they were gifts from my wife.
And my frame-locked Buck 882(hell of a lot of personal work in that one).
And my BM Resistor and Gravitator, because they're just cool.
And pretty much all my Spydercos.
And my Busse Game Warden.
There's more as well.
I actually pretty much got rid of all the knives I'm willing to get rid of.:)

i've still got my camillus boy scout knife i've had since i was 8. my old man gave it to me when i got into cubscouts. lost it a bunch of times when i was young but always recovered it somehow. when you own a knife or tool long enough it develops a familiarity that is only apparent to you...because it's yours and noone elses. who hears me?

Since none of us will live forever and as they say
"you can't take it (them) with you" I've taken the liberty
to adjust the selection to the knives the divorce lawyer
won't find on the assets list or the IRS won't find, period.
okay, so I'm in denial on that last part, we can still hope!

1978 Case 22087 EDC bought new. Still going......

And if someone's life depended on it I could let go of one of the above but I'm not saying which until then. :D

"you can't take it (them) with you"

I AM taking them with me.
I ain't having no kids, so I intend to be melted into one big lump with my knives.
Mine, mine, MINE!!!:D

Right now, the one I'll never get rid of is a Spyderco Lava that my girlfriend bought me for my birthday last year.

The other one would have to be my Spyderco Police model that my folks got me when I was 15 or 16. That was my first Spyderco, and it reminds me of better times.
