The last knife?

Well I really like that Frenzy. I'm trying to figure out if I should buy it. The price ain't bad but it looks pretty cool. I'm not sure if I should buy it or not buy it.
I find it a nice alternative to carrying the Ti Lite 6" Aluminum. Very grippy handle too and I like the looks.s-l1600HJT - Copy.jpg

;) If you want it , just freaking buy it ! It's a just business deal ... you don't need to love or respect the seller .

You are not going to find the equivalent anywhere else .

I put a snaggletooth wave on mine . Great thin profile , easy carry and conceal considering the cutting potential .

Look how slim and sleek the Frenzy is compared to the Talwar .

Talwar is much the superior slicer/ slasher , but much wider . Harder to carry and conceal by far .

I was gifted a Snaggletooth by oldmanwilly oldmanwilly . I don't usually wave my folders but I may have to try it out. Looks pretty cool!

Yeah I'm probably just going to buy it

I thought I was done, then got turned on to the AD10 Lite. Found one at a couldn’t-resist-price and bought it. What a solid knife, was very impressed. I hope that’s it, the only thing I would buy now without hesitation (I have too many knives) would be an upgraded Tuff Lite, but chances of that are like zero at this point.

I love Cold Steel knives, and will keep buying them while I can. The future ain't bright, and customer service is gone. But they still perform great.
Totally agree. The older models are stiil the best value on the market. Fortunately, I already have most of the models that I currently want, and a backup for each.

I doubt that I will buy any more, but you never know.

They've been reduced to selling rebadged Rough Rider knives, which tells me all I need to know about the direction they are headed.

Just curious, Do you want to buy more cold steel knives? Or is it the end of the line? I wanted a Espada xl but not anymore. The fancy one
The brand is cheapened. I can't justify purchasing a knife that I would not get parts for. I've bought my. last. So the question is are you going to get any more?.or are you done. I'm not going to buy anymore. Opinions?
All I want is the Recon 1 Spearpoint….only because I have the Clip Point and Tanto. I agree with your assessment, not worth it if no customer service. I had the American Lawman and 4Max Scout on my list but not anymore. I figured it makes more sense to get a fixed blade instead of a monster folder like the 4 Max Scout. I’ve always been on the fence about the American Lawman, sorta wish it had steel liners. I am still curious to see the 2023 product roll-out video, just for funzies.

Well just for funsies somebody here posted that they make Chinese deer feeders. So that kind of tells you which way they're going.

Oh, I’m not under any illusion…it’s over. I just want to see if they continue with the models that made them famous. Even if they do, will they downgrade the materials. Just a morbid curiosity I guess, LOL!

I have most of what I want from Cold Steel.

The last purchase was an XL Voyager drop point folder because the price was so good.

I'd like the 4-inch version too, but they seem to be out of stock at most places I have looked or they are still selling at the MAPP price.

I got just about everything I want from Cold Steel as well. I am going to pick up a frenzy before this is all said and done though. I've got everything else I want.

If I get anything, it will be a Laredo or Natchez bowie. I love those knives, and I'm hoping this isn't the last time we see them.

I'm probably done, but we'll see what the future brings. If the Verdict was available in better steel I might give it a try. And was thinking I might try the Engage if I found a good deal to check out the new lock, but aesthetically it does nothing for me.

One of the perks of being around for the Thompson Era and collecting along the way kinda takes the sting out the present Cold Steel Era. I will wonder from time to time what else would have come out of the old Cold Steel if it had survived.
