I'm telling myself I'm already overspent on knives for the year, and I still have to get through three more of the 12 Days of Christmas. I'm glad it's Sweep-pattern milling and not Morph. If it had been Morph, or, God help us, DLC Morph, I'd have lost it.SHHHHHH I'm trying to grab one of those bad boys and my work internet is not the fastest thing in the world![]()

HOLD! HOLLLLLD HOOOOOOOOLLLLD!I have definitely already overspent on knives for the year. I'm justifying it by telling myself that the math works out in my favor...
I sold a MachineWise Sonora to pay for my Talos and had money leftover. I'm selling a Sebenza to cover the Servo I just bought, and will have extra there too. If I get the fancy Talos, I'll sell my normal Talos, and between the "profits" from my recent dealings and whatever the PJ Talos brings I should be about square on the new one.
....I'm not a knife addict, you're a knife addict.
I may be wrong about the sellout time, I'm just counting how long it took while I was refreshing for the button to disappear.Annnnnd I missed. Had my payment and shipping info saved, added to cart as soon as the timer went away and button became available, clicked through checkout as quickly as possible, and it/they were gone by the time I hit complete order. Sold out in a matter of seconds.
madcap_magician If they were available for 63 seconds my page did not update in real time. I was through the checkout process in less than 20 seconds.
Anyone round these parts get lucky? Gone in seconds, only 23 of em.

Happy to hear it Charlie! No one deserves one more than the king of LG Damascus!I was fortunate enough to score one yesterday and am beyond elated. So far I know the whereabouts of 10 of the 23 and have a good guess on about 2-3 more. All of those folks are total knife nuts and absolutely not flippers. By all accounts it was less than 15 seconds to sell out. Most people I chatted with completed check out in 10 seconds or less.
I have no doubt that we will see some on the secondary for outrageous prices in a matter of days, as is the case with every small batch USA made limited release, but I take solace in knowing that a lot of really good people scored one of these beauties.
This 12 Days Talos definitely has the knife world buzzing! It is badass to see Les' popularity catapult to new heights - no one deserves the success more than him. Of course, this popularity is a double edge sword as acquiring his work will get more and more difficult. Nevertheless, I am on the edge of my seat waiting to see what he comes up with next![]()
Hell yeah! Great scores bro! That looks like a v2 vecp. And I agree, the ergos on the myna is as good as it gets. But just wait till you use that blade, great design! Two LGs this week. A VECP I was fortunate to grab off the Exchange (seems like I've been trying forever to get one), and a Myna.
Very impressed with both knives, and both are definitely going into the rotation! I love them both, but my favorite is the Myna. It's a little lighter and the smaller handle fits my hand a bit more comfortably - really just perfect ergos on this one. Love the blade design and the action is flawless. I could easily see this one moving among the very top of my favorite folders - it's just superb in every way.

Love the family Christmas photo!Added a Myna to the family. What a great design! Handle ergos, blade shape, action. It does have the slightly off centering that seems common with these for some reason, but the action is great with no play and no rubbing.
