The Les George Knives Thread

I’ve owned a handful of LGs, sold off all but one, the tanto V3. This is one of the early V3s with the geared backspacer, no lbs, and no chamfer on the lock release. I love this knife, the detent and action are perfect. Les tuned it up for me a couple of years ago and it works like a charm. These old steel flame pocket clips are fairly sought after in the LG community too, from what I’ve seen.

I love Les’ tanto but stupidly let them all go. Will definitely get another someday.

Unfortunately Les swears he’ll never do tantos again because he hates sharpening them. Begging got me nowhere!

I’ve got a different variation of SF clip too. I know Les hasn’t been interested in making tantos again. I definitely respect his choice. I’ve gotten some absolutely stupid offers for this one but knowing how hard it would be to replace, she ain’t going anywhere.
