The Les George Knives Thread

Think I’m going to try to find one of those cool Galvo daggers this year. Color options seem limited though, are they still in production? Drop in batches or something? TIA!

Never know what’s Les is gonna do next. I’m not a fixie guy so unfortunately I can’t be of much help. But he did just tease a pic on ig of bunch of daggers. Not sure they were the gavko though.

Don't believe they have been in production in some time. Great lil knife though. Very well balanced and grip in hand. Nice sheath. SHARP...... not that I have had to use for intended purpose.... but it is quite obvious. I prefer the appearance of the metallic scales, but if you want an absolute grippy surface, G10 is the way. That is coming from the man himself. Les.....not Mitch. ;) Diff models available at diff retailers. Inexpensive one on the secondary listed at..... not sure of legal method to say. Can PM if you like.

OK thanks guys. Sounds like they're out of production and the colors that are out there are what my choices are. Appreciate it!

Beautiful. One rabbit hole I’ve managed to avoid. Not easy. I’ve seen some nice ones for sale in random stores all over the state.
Custom traditionals are the deepest rabbit hole out there, imo. Dangerously slippery slope.

Of course if you’ve got multiple Ruples you’ve slid all the way to the bottom 🤣

Just went to St Nicks Knives in Foley Alabama today. Got to check out the LG Ka-bars. They’re beastly!

The owner has his traditional collection in display cases covering the walls throughout the store.
Blues Blues would have been in slip joint heaven!!
