The Les George Knives Thread

Happy Morph Monday y’all 🤙 Extremely excited to have this one back from a pit stop in Blue Springs.

Les tried to re-etch the original blade and buff out those nasty scratches, but ultimately decided to reblade the knife. Stoked with results and deeply appreciative to Les for getting this one all squared away.

I know I’m late to the party here but this run of VECPs is exceptionally dialed in - total joy mechanically. Detent, centering, lock up, action are damn near perfect. This one will see a ton of pocket time.

Well ya know I completely agree on wanting some new blade shapes but I have to say the difference between the button lock and the frame lock is substantial. And the action he’s achieved on those Talos makes it well worth it. But I totally get where ya coming from.
 
Just got this Bully in from ODKW. Super impressed with it. I really like how I can get a full grip on it considering how small it is and it’s excellent in the hand.

There was a lockup issue that I was pretty much able to fix by increasing the tension on the lockbar. Will still probably send it in after some substantial use.

I get that...but I have a ton of excellent frame locks from a variety of makers...and even one on Les' Myna. (But only one button lock, currently.)
So my two LGs share parentage but are different critters.

If I end up with a MK 3, then all three will be completely different patterns. I'm hoping to see more variation coming from his shop...in which case I'll most likely have more than three before the year is out.

or are ya talking bout my 3 things? first one ill say I feel that way....even if compared to others im not so much....other 2 I definitely am........
