I looked at that tanto a couple of times...but looking was all I did.

That tanto is rare and morph pattern makes it even more desirable, and it looked like it was in excellent condition

this is a design I've always liked. I have a couple of the last ones made in Japan in vg10. I like those a hair better than this new one....but new one is great too.

yeah sold at decent price too.....

I have one and I totally love it, functions perfectly fine no lock stick, very smooth action. But I have heard from others, that it can be a bit of a lock stick

Thanks. I had a Freeman 451 w/Ti Scales that imo was beautiful but had such ridiculous lock stick it had to be something more. Literally almost threw it off a bridge while hiking, but breathed a few times and returned to seller (REC I think). I read there was a problem with the run. The aluminum version is butter. My only button lock (sold my Spyderco Smock too).

Every Button Lock I have encountered/owned or heard referenced is as smooth as glass. Les knocked it out of the park on his very first attempt. I am tempted on that listing without a need for it even. They are that good.

The button lock is a joy. On the couple of rare occasions it felt a little tight, I let a little Slip 2000 EWL drip around the bezel and it perked right up again.

I’ve had 2 and never had any lock stick at all. Love mine, blade flys out and it closes like it’s some kinof automatic. You won’t regret it.
