It’s Charter Arms revolver called “Off Duty “ , it’s a first generation when Charter Arms were on top of their game, made in Stratford, Connecticut consider reliable snub where fit and finish is not like on Undercover model. But from my experience, it’s a very nice looker and with the right ammo “ Hornady 90gr light «unbelievably accurate and with minor recoilThat's the same size as the model 36? For some reason it looked closer to a K frame to me. I had a 36 and 15 at one time.
I qualified with both quarterly for years. Had to. Now my only revolver is a 642 since I sold my 686+ to my neighbor.
