The Les George Knives Thread

"Servo Tuesday." It's not catchy, I know. Oh well.

Those woody Servos are sweet! Such a smooth flipping knife IMG_5154.jpeg

I agree with you they aren’t the greatest looking knives for sure, but the picture I posted was the exact looking one I had with the yellow hardware and clip etc. If you’re like me and like to sit down and fidget with your knife and drive your wife nuts then it really doesn’t get much better than a Rosie. They are the ultimate fidget/drive your wife mad kind of knife lol. I just went back and checked that website and it’s sold, someone coughed up the money. It was a Vanax blade and from the CCKS so I suppose that’s the reason for the crazy price? I gave 850 for mine from the forums here with a Magnacut blade.

Not much of a fidgeter, but I still manage to drive my wife mad. I don't see one in my future, but I did like yours the best of the ones I've seen.

It's redundant. My wife is Sicilian, so I have to lock up the knives at night.

You lucky bastid! I bet you get to eat the best homemade red gravy in town. My great grandmother was Sicilian and Sunday red gravy was to die for!

She's a good cook. My half Sicilian mother is a good cook.

But my late Sicilian mother-in-law was an amazing cook.

Moms are always the best cooks! I sure miss my Eastern Kentucky Appalachian Grandmother and mom’s cooking. God what I wouldn’t give to have another meal with them. No others have come close since they’ve passed
