The let your mistress fly challenge.

While I do love throwing knives, give me INFI broadheads and an INFI trade hawk.:thumbup:

I wouldn't kick an INFI anything out of my house, but cold steel makes some great hawks for the money. My friend and I have probably thrown these three hawks 500 times and the worst damage on them are tiny dings on the edge from landing on rocks and the handles being broken from throwing another hawk at it and those are cheap.

That said, my ONLY interest in hawks are for throwing, so an INFI survival hawk would be cool.

"round these parts we throw. I throw pretty regular with CS hawks and throwing blades. My buddy from work has an indoor throwing range and we do a lil' drinkin' and a lil' throwin'. OK, maybe one of those isn't so lil'.

I have been throwing my Rifleman hawk for a decade now. Some sessions, I will throw it for 3 hours straight. Only broken handles.

If I had to guess, I would probably say 10,000 throws easily.

I also have a Norse hawk that I really like for throwing, from the simple standpoint of more sticking potential with the upswept tip. You can still get a stick from a head on throw with the handle perpendicular to the target. If they made a combo of that bit shape, and a spike on the other side it would be the perfect combat thrower.

Honestly, the handles would probably last longer on the hawks had we not played robin hood one too many times and kept splitting them.

Anyway...

More flying INFI!

:eek::eek::eek:

Somebody translate this for me plz.

好刀,好树,好人家 = Good knife, good tree, wealthy family

or at least that's what the internet tells me, so it must be true.:)

Done that too. Although the earlier breaks, I kept getting lazy and not taking the set screw out before throwing.
