Paul,

I'm well aware of the wealth of talent populating that area (and so is my checking account. ;)) hence my question about what's in the water.

First one, second one, who's counting? :D Both fine knives.

Carbon fiber, 3.5 closed, cpm 154. This one is made with no metal side liners. Thin, and weighs just 1.9 oz. Great work Jerry.

Hey Kerry, you never can have too many of them. I must have a dozen or more by various makers. Don't have one by you yet. We have to work on that.

Ain't it great. Life is good on the Redneck Riviera. Thanks for all the comments and Eddie that is a great looking knife 2. :D

That is great looking in every respect.
Congrats Jerry and James!

Zoom out on that map a little bit and you can add some more great knifemakers.

Mike Lovett in Killeen
Tom Overyeynder in Dallas
Bill Ruple
Warren Osborne

You should see all the little custom knife stands along side the highways.

Don Morrow ought to show up in there somewhere and if you zoom out far enough you can put J.B. Moore (Ft. Stockton) and Rusty Preston (Port Isabel) in there as well.

No Country for Old Sheeple! :D

James, congrats on the acquisition of such a fine 2-blade trapper. I'll bet that jigged micarta is super grippy, and if you post a photo of that folder in the Fall woods, ol' bushytale ought to just jump out of the shag bark and line up to be skinned. :)
