Also, I have one more thing to put on this board....unless someone wants some Patagonia sneakers (9.5 mens).....then I would have 2. The knife is a Mora...I have a buddy who is about to start adventure racing, if he wants it...then just shoes it is. If not, I will post it up here within the next week. Aside from that, my reserves are dry. I usually only have gear I use, not a lot of extra stuff. You could say I am a minimalist. If anyone has a camping hammock they wish to part with, I have a serious need. If not, I will just save my sheckles like a good citizen.

It is a no name, probably handcrafted (seems to have bronze pins and brass handle, have no idea about the steel of the blade)- my grandfather used is a letter opener... So, if anyone still wants it, it's theirs.

I'm still in, also replied to your email

Stvporciau, thanks. :) I'll try to reply tonight (I'm a bit woozy ATM). As for little knife, let's wait to see if spydercobenchmadekai still wants it.

It's all yours! Send me your address and I'll get it in the mail tomorrow. FL45acp @ gmail com

Sent you an email

And to those getting the Izula, straight razor, and Camillus tl-29 I am going today to send them out

The bricks of .22 may go out today or tomorrow depending on time.

I will send everyone emails when I get them sent out

Hey guys, alot's happened since page 9!

I feel bad because I sent out a few dull knives cause I was in a hurry and didnt take the time to resharpen them. I'm actually pretty dang good at sharpening, I can consistently get a shaving edge using my set of stones. Here's what I want to offer to all the great people here:

If you are giving a knife and its dull and your not capable of sharpening it up yourself (or you just dont have the time of day) before sending it to its new home send it to me first, I will get it nice and sharp for the new owner and send it on on my own dime to the person that's claimed it, I can consistently get hair shaving/push cutting [A4 coppy] paper sharp. Turn around one will be same day the mail gets here early or next day if it doesn't get here till late afternoon (mail here is as incossistent as the ohio weather). Like I said my motivation to offer the service is because it irks me I didn't take the time to send the sharpent edge I could and I'm pretty bummed about that.
I would also entertain sharpening knives not beig given away too as long as I don't get overloaded with it.

I actually have an event this weekend sharpening blades at a local horse/livestock sale so I don't want to start till next week but unless your close I doubt any packages could get here in one day anyhow so pretty much I can start now.

That is awful nice of you C.K. I am actually sitting here right this moment trying to freehand sharpen some user knives for the first time and thought if I can get a good edge on them, I could give them away here! I have only been at it about 15 minutes or so, so not much progress yet!

Can I ask you what you use to sharpen? I dont want to hi-jack the thread though and get carried away with this subject so just the one question! :D

Dear all who got my stuff last night or today, I got them all boxed up and ready for the mailman, too. I may have hocked up a phlem ball or two in some of the boxes, but otherwise, the Muelas, SAKS, Gerber tools, Gerber Machetes, and Condor Machete all are heading out!!!

I got a 1st production run Case Trapperlock up for grabs. Tried it out for about a week and found it was a bit too sloppy in the lockup. I have all the original packing for collectors too. Pics coming later on. Handle is red bone, bolster is engraved with case's 1st run standard.

I use a set of C (325), F(600) and EF(1200) DMT continous diamond stones followed by finishing the edge on a transulent Arkansas stone and then dpending on what the grain looks like under 100x magnification I'm either done with it then or sometimes I'll strop with green compound on leather.

When I was learning how this video was pretty much the realization my method was all wrong, once I w

That's a nice giveaway.

I'm sure somebody will come along and pick it up :)

Nice offer.

can I claim the trapperlock?

I've already claimed once in this thread but it's something i've been eyeing for a while, I'll make an effort to give something away myself before claiming anything else.
