I think so but I really liked the xtra belly more so than the length. Although, it did make it easier to get to the bottom of the peanut butter jar

The belly is great on both, I agree. Love the old BA3 but didn't arrive on the Busse scene until the BATAC -- completely different knife. I'm hoping the blade and cutting edge on the MSe is at least a touch longer than the AMS, but they sound very close (1/4" difference at most).

Welp, since the g10 was nice and cheap, couldn't decide which colors would suit my palette best so ended up grabbing 4 MSEBG's. I haven't wanted a Lil' Busse Kin more than this one. The Ergo handle(from what I've seen) hasn't looked better than on these blades. Thickness/blade shape, got real high hopes for perfection here. EDC worthy no doubt.

Feel the same--I like the SOB's longer blade, and the ergos are perfect for me. I have since stripped and convened the SOB--man, that thing does it all. It's part knife--part wreaking machine... tough, tough, tough. I once had Becker tweeners to fill this knife size need... the SOB has snagged the top spot for this size knife.
At this point, I'm waiting for something big and infi; I have small, med, and 'larger' covered pretty well... I'm looking for really big and bad! Almost went for the double talon BM--but decided to wait and see what will drop in the coming weeks.

Wow....the last call email for the special pricing on the G10 has a time stamp of 4:05pm. It gave 7pm tonight as the cut-off for the special, and indicated both were still available.
Don't we usually get a last call email for overall availability as well? If not, no big deal....

I called our shopping cart specialist. . .. Watson.. . .and asked her if the EMSBG was SOLD OUT yet.
She said that thanks to my excellent forecasting and overall awesomeness that we were still good to go. (I may have flowered that up a little in my favor)
I then informed her that they were gone from the site.
She said to tell you guys that it was an unintentional April Fools joke!!!!
She didn't realize that she had inadvertently taken it down by mistake. . . it is now back up on the site!
I sure hope she likes working at WalMart!!!
