Manix 2 CF S90V and Benchmade 710 M2 HS. Great classic knife designs, excellent steels, fit my hand like a glove.

As far as fixed blades go, I often modify them to fit my hands better.

While I typically buy knives specifically for the ergos, and all are dang comfortable, top of the list is Bill Davis' take on a Loveless drop-point hunter:

The more specific that the shape of a knife is to the grip of your particular hand, the worse it fits somebody else with a different sized or shaped hand. Take a look at this for example.

Making a handle that fits nobody terribly is easy, but making one that fits almost everyone well is a real art.

Even though I have medium/small sized hands the Manix 2 is the most comfortable knife I own, I have quite a few examples, both LW and G10 versions.

Finally convinced myself to give the Spyderco Stretch HAP40 a try. It absolutely was made for my hand. Hard to believe as every time I looked at pics I thought, I don’t think so. It’s genius.
