Here are the 4 knives that got 98 % of my pocket time in 2017.

The Case Wharncliff Mini-trapper Stag CV was a Christmas present last year.
Then I found a TC with a spear blade that grabbed my attention.
But I paid a little extra to get the Ancient, and it's worth every penny.
Then joeradza joeradza hooked me up with the SS Elk 74 that I was looking for........

4 knives all great users. What has been in your pocket in 2017?

I could say that my Sardinian Resolza has been my most carried knife of 2017. It has crept into my pocket in marked increasing frequency this past year. Light weight, flat ground blade cuts like an Opinel, horn handle and simple friction folder action. This knife has become a 5 days out of 7 carry.

But for a 7 days out of 7 carry is my Victorinox classic. It's on my keyring and when I put my pants on in the morning, the keyring is clipped to the left belt loop, so my classic and Fenix E01 is a real everyday carry. I use the classic more than I car to admit. All the tools get used, screw driver, file, scissors.

Some real nice blades there.

I think the most carry time went to these

These
This

These

And this

I have about 22 traditional users to normally rotate through weekly, out of those these got the most pocket time.

Btw I think the little white imperial has literally gotten the most because it's been around my neck every single day since GR gifted it to me this summer.

A SAK Huntsman, SAK "Signature" (on my keyring) Old Timer 7OT (USA), and one of three Barlows.
I'm not sure which of the Barlows got the most pocket time, though.
The SAK Huntsman has been with me everyday for over a year now.
The 7OT made room for a Buck 110 about 3 months ago.

Hard to break it down to most carried for me. I switch'em around quite often. I suppose it would have to be my Esky Zulu.
It is for sure one of the top 4 and one of the most traveled this year. It went to Tulsa with me to the worlds largest gun show. Then it went to Gaylord Michigan with me 2 different times on Morel mushroom hunts. Then it headed out West with me to do some off roading in Colorado and Utah. It darn near got the call to head out west a 3rd time to head to Yellowstone , but I swapped it out for a sweet Case canoe that rode in the pocket for a couple months.
Then when I got my lionsteel barlow nothing but it rode in the pocket for at least 3 months. That thing is a great knife. I used it to skin and clean at least 50 fox squirrel this fall. One of the major plus factors for me with it is the modern materials. With super steels you can be a bit lazy and just throw the knife in the sink or right back in your pocket after a quick rinse and not a thought to what's it gonna look like in the morning if I don't oil and clean it.
The last one in my rotation that saw a lot of pocket time would be my Northfield 77. It had to have been a couple months for that one as I was working on my 59 Plymouth it made every trip out to the garage for light duty on wires , tape and such. There are many more that had pocket time during the year , but these 4 seem to have been around the most.

I carry LOTS of different knives, so this is a little difficult for me. But I'm pretty sure there are three that stand out.

Olive Alox Cadet is in my LFP along with keys every day I go out. When I stay in, a red one resides in my house pants.

Curly Zebrawood #49 Stockman is my favorite main carry, in RFP with handkerchief about 60% of the time.

Ironwood #66 Stockman resides in the RFP of my house pants at least half the time when I'm home relaxing.
