The MOST Useful 4" Serpentine Stockman

Sorry for the confusion, Mink. The Coon Skinner is a 2-blade muskrat. The same frame, however, could be used in the future to make a 3-blade stockman, like the ones in this thread. Just my speculation.

Ah, I see what you meant. My mistake. Be interesting to see if GEC does pursue that line. However, for me, these Robeson's are perfect. I'm not usually a type to buy multiples, but had to here.

I ordered a Yellow Buck 301!

Fixed that for 'ya.;)

No reason to be embarrassed for getting a 301. It's a quality knife from a well respected company, and it's a heck of a value on top of that. I carried my charcoal dymondwood version today.

It's not the Buck 301 that I'm embarrassed about. It's the kid like urge that has brought many knives to my house since joining this site in January.

Those Robeson's are sweet! Blue and green too, arrgh, now I'm looking and have others in the mail :D

Pile side of my CSC stockman. Probably my most used one. The blades are nice and thin and super sharp.

Ah, that makes a bit more sense then. This place will do that if you're not careful. It's easy to get carried away.

There are some nice knives here. However, I have used the same old Schrade 881 for the last 40 years.
