The New "Almost Ready To Ship" For 2012

I haul mail and I forgot that they are closed Monday! This custom knife thing is doing me some good.......I'm learning a bit of patience.:p

The Boss is going to try to leave work early tomorrow so I can ship these. No promises, but I will try.

Haha the way your thought process played out in this thread was great. Enjoy the "warm" weather!

I`m back! All packages shipped, priority mail. You all sounded so excited, I figured I`d get them out to you.

WOW John, You did a beautiful job on those knives! Thanks for putting so much care in your knife making. I'll enjoy using the Trapline for many years to come.

Had another one of those nights where I could not sleep, so went to the shop around midnight. Profiled out a Kephart, Kephart HD, Canadian Belt Knife, Belt Hawk, Knatchet, and a slightly smaller Urban Hawk for myself.

Green handle material for kmj153 just arrived, and liners are glueing on now! I can`t believe I had so much trouble getting these, one supplier has it on backorder, the new supplier took 10 days to get it to me!

Damn John you're an animal. Pretty cool about that smaller urban hawk. Out of curiosity, which design of yours do you find yourself drooling over most these days? If I had the skill and tools to make knives I'd probably have lost all self control by now and be burried in steel...

I like the CBK and Potawatomi quite a bit, but one of my favorites is my linerlock folder. (Of course, I already have one of those.):D

The hell with it! It`s 42 degrees out, and I`m going to walk to the PO!

This is why I keep buying JK knives, the best customer service bar none!(and the knives ain't bad either ;))
You rock John!
Lookin' forward to the Hudson Bay next month and the friction folder and the PDT and the many others I'll be ordering through the years to come. :D

Well that was quick, 24 hours and the Trapline is in my hand. I like everything about this knife, its size, profile and how it feels in my hand. The quality of the craftsmanship is of the highest level. The problem I'm having now is that it is hard to type this with the knife in my hand. I don't want to set it down.
Thanks John for making my knife.

Thanks for getting them all shipped out so quickly John!! I'll be rushing to my mailbox tomorrow to see if mine shows up quickly too.

Got the knife and it's perfect. Will post pictures when I get some time. Been sick as a dog with the flu but wanted to at least post up that it was received and is a great knife. Thanks John!!!!

Awesome news!!! Any chance you can post pics of the progress?

I am so excited!!! Is it spring yet? I want to go camping, hiking, and off-roading, so obviously I need a Camp & Trail. I can also become an official supporter of JK Knives!

Good plan! I've been feeling like this the last few days actually, I usually enjoy winter more, but I'm eager for it to warm up this year so we can get out a little more, must be my few Jk's staring at me and looking at all the great outdoor pics on the forum. :)
