One Becker knife for 30 days in the backwoods of Arkansas

Based on Tradewaters previous thread found here,
http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/823203-Only-one...

I figured there's enough new folks and also some folks who've been here awhile and have bought new blades. Maybe your answers have changed

Oh, and I'm not counting them anymore, Hence the POLL. Everybody gets one vote

I figure that my choice might change based on how I feel that day, but it was a toss up between the BK2 and the BK9...I voted for the 9.

I would go with the 7. Its been my trusty side kick for a few years now. I think its the perfect size for form and function. Haven't found a single thing I can't do with it yet!

Waiting on voting cause I love my Crewman like a fat kid loves cake, butI think the BK9 or BK7 are more practical.

BK5 in conjunction with a small ax and folder (either Case Canoe of Buck 303).

I voted for the Becker BK1. It really is the jack of all trades but a master of none. Still I could do everything I need with it....sadly I lost that knife in a tornado.

I think there would be alot more BK-12 votes if more people owned them. I own a 12, 2, 7 and 9. BK-12 gets my vote I think it is the most useful.

I give my nod to the BK9.

I appreciate a large blade for the ability to chop, baton, pry, etc. The BK9 just feels right to me.

I'll stick with my Camillus BK9.It's my yard companion/chopper of choice.Pretty sure it would still work in the Akansas woods.

See I have a BK 12 (Ritter/Becker), But haven't used it yet. It'll get used, But right now I'm gonna work My BK77 and My Crewman for shelter building.

I prefer a smaller knife when I am out to do any bush work, but that's becuase I always have a hatchet or saw. If I am denied those then I would have to have something that can chop so I would say BK9.
