that mossy 20ga is a very useful shotgun, brl.
Got my first deer with one.
No worries man, Id rather hear you say it than anyone else! You shared your opinion, thank you, I do understand your point and it was not upsetting in the least to read coming from you. This isnt directed at you Derek, it isnt directed at anyone but now please let me share my opinion with equal acceptance. which i doubt will happen.
I wont mention Busse/Swamp rat here anymore PERIOD.... EVER, you guys WINI understand your point Derek, sometime im just excited for my new knives and want to share them with the people i considered my friends, I have known you guys longer and built more relation with some of you than any of the guys over there. So i like chatting here, with you guys more, thats ALL it is.
But let me state my opinion please. I put off topic in the off topic thread, if its the case i mention it too often lets get down to it FOR REAL. go thru and count how many posts "I" have made in these off topic snark threads about Busse.. EVER, now do the same for post about Todds knives in the snark threads. go a head I already tried and got tired of counting. When was the last time he posted a new Becker knife of his??? Or a thread using his Beckers? Not changing it to his liking, using it. He has his own subforum too! he can go there and post about his knives and chat as well. Nobody has a problem with that though! Apples are Apples, and if Todd didnt start this Id never have to share my opinion but here we are. I think Daizee Posts about his knives here quite a bit too. I dont think he has a subforum though?? "I" never mind seeing their knives or hearing about them here. I LIKE SEEING THEM HERE. i come here instead of the other threads because of the different content. I think everyone comes here to post the other things they are interested in BESIDES beckers.... There is a whole gang of threads under this one for becker content. Its off-topic so i share my OTHER interests here, same as ALL OF YOU. Some of you think the knives are priced too high and comment on that all the time, I think other peoples knives are priced just as high using steel like O1 tool steel thats cheaper to buy than either of Busse or swamp rats steel.. i can buy cheaper O1 tool steel than i can buy 52100 steel, and then i still cant get Busse's proprietary heat treat. but i can easily buy O1 steel and send it to peters. hell i live in PA i can drop it off and save.
I have showed respect, i have never once even commented on how a Becker knife stands up to a swamp rat or busse knife publicly because of respect for becker knives and Ethan. I dont compare a 80 dollar BK9 to a 500 dollar Busse, There are those here comparing their 500 dollar knives to 80 dollar knives like its "weird" it out chops the smaller, thinner knife lmao... I personally dont think its a mystery when the more expensive one out chops the other. And i dont comment on it. I have commented on the steels but always mentioned 1095 was still a great steel for the price.
I kept my opinions to myself regarding this, After all i like you guys and love becker knives, but it seems I am bothering some of you so it is only right i get to state my case publicly for everyone... since you guys are stating your case publicly. I didnt start this, And i have no intentions of continuing with this conversation. I have stated my case. I am done posting here about anything not Becker related. But apples are apples and oranges are oranges. I have no hard feelings I hope you guys can read my ".02 cents" and let it go the same way I am doing.

I do have a gut, it's okay, haha. I have no idea. Have only see the photos and videos of it. I just discovered it a few days ago myself. Wally sells a Filedline brand. Doesn't have as much, but it's around $24.Warrior, do you know if the accessory pockets of the ALPS Big Bear will fit over a somewhat large beer belly? And I am NOT implying that you would know first hand.
Update on my surgery. Had the follow up appointment today for the surgery that I had this Monday. The doc couldn't believe how healed I am and already. He removed the stitches and released me for PT. He gave me full release to go back to work too, just not using the left arm to work, until the repairs set better. I am now a bionic Beckerhead..lol and apparently a mutant too. WOOT! Goal is back in the gym in a month or two.
Somebody please photoshop Silver's face on Wolverine with Iron Man arms, with 3 Becker blades coming out of each fist. *cough Dubz cough*
Seriously though, glad you're healing Silver![]()
9 am grandma drew her final breath. It was peaceful, she has been on morphine since Sunday. She drew her last breath, let it out and never took another.

The wife and I just got back from antiquing. I was holding in my hand a 1946 edition of The Joy Of Cooking. Nope, didn't buy it. They wanted $25. I'm sure it was worth it, but I'm a poor boy right now, so....
now do the same for post about Todds knives in the snark threads.
Here's a random thought for you. How would like to be used car shopping and run into one of Guyon's trade-ins.
"Yeah, it's a great truck and all, but the keys smell like sweaty balls. What's up with that?"
No problem. One of the things I didn't care for on the Fieldline was no sternum strap:I never noticed one at my local Wally. I'll have to give the packs a closer look. Thanks for the tip.
