got back from 10 days of camping in Ms. yesterday morning - Thursday SWMBO sent me pics of the snow happening at home.
Saturday it was 45 down south when we hit the road at 1 PM, and 10 when I pulled into my driveway at 0645 sunday morning.
I was a touch underdressed for that.

Kansas, too - after dropping to 8 overnight yesterday, it got up to 49 here.
today is sunny, 61, and stupid windy.

I really need to stay out of the local surplus store. I was looking around today and found a generic 12 inch machete sheath. For $5 I now have a tramontina camp machete inbound from Benjamin (Forty two blades ) Baryonyx
