Yes! A Muk would be pretty sweet, too. BeckMuk? NessBecker?
I would be all over that one for sure!
Anticipated release: RBK
Spin: Tweener Brute
All New Design: Becker camp shovel/hatchet, or, Becker Golok/cleaver with sharpened front chisel/swedge!
well, there's stuff i know, and stuff the public knows, and an intersection of stuff i can speculite on... and those intersections are small
RBK: yes yes yes !!!
the ORIGINAL was quite a tad thicker than the production models:

then there was this:

as for the new model? can't say. heard too much, can't separate the truth from the friction from the potentials
Brute: just let that one go son, let it go... attachment is painful ;D esp as a tweener:
![]()
the patrol machine: well, someone tried: very unauthorized: shutdown:
![]()
otherwise, yeah, we're not going to see that for a while, though it would be nice
folder: investigated, thought about, prototyped in various forms, and shelved, perhaps long time, "too expensive". experience has already shown that MOST people won't buy expensive specials or productions
BK8 - NOPEthough they should designate SOMETHING for that position, it's too sweet. BK1 would be good for the RBK
the talon whacker - just something special that won't happen
the Bladitemuck - well, i've been on Ethan for more than 4 years... "nope". he doesn't like themJohnson Adventure Blades does though and he made one in stainless
WITH ORANGE HANDLES. it's like my birthday there. thanks dude!
other knives, other metals, other stuff. can't say
toooj leaving definitely will change things in my opinion. the "new guy", who ever that is will probably have something to prove, shake things up, so expect things when you expect them...
so, la la la, remember, speculation is good, back it with facts for fun![]()
I love this one, but all I can think of is that Ethan was channeling Ken Onion when he dreamed it up. Field sharpening nightmare, except maybe if you're lucky enough to find a stone with the right radius...
He seems to have at least considered it: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/s...k-Tweener-(New-Stuff)?p=10518355#post10518355the nessmuck - well, i've been on Ethan for more than 4 years... "nope". he doesn't like them
I heard Ethan is coming out with a full line of luggage with grivory handles
You rang?A scandi bushcrafter with a 4-4.5 inch blade with a slow continuous curve on the edge and the spine slowly dropping so the point is on center of the handle. Tweener handles are fine but I'd like to see the pommel be 90 degrees not slanted like it is now.
The Warrior did a mock up of something similar. I know Ethan isn't a fan of scandi grinds but that little puppy would sell.

A 90° pommel may just make it fit my hand.Hahahaha! yup! that's what I am talking about. Just make the pommel 90 degrees and that thing would follow me everywhere.
Jeremy
A well designed Becker Bushcrafter would be all but impossible to resist!
