I'm sorry, one of the slots took two. Normally I'd be glad to figure something out in a scenario like this but there are no additional blades on the shelf, they're all shipped.

If anyone wants to sell a user between now and then ... just sayin'....

Uh oh. This could be the start of a bad thing. Once you start selling the knives that you figure you will no longer use because one of Nathan's fulfills that role better, you end up with very few knives other than Nathans. You're gonna end up with a bunch of money burning a hole in your pocket!

If people are going to start talking about selling and trading, even through inference, then perhaps Nathan should look into the rules on allowing a section for it. I for one would use it (for trades only) but because rules, I believe, do not allow it, I refrain.

Since I have begun to see it being done, the above being instances, I might as well join in about trading. Maybe Nathan could address this issue and put it to bed one way or the other.

Nathan is allowed to have a thread here where members with the appropriate level would be allowed to sell/trade or mention where there are other CPK for sale/trade as a source of information to others. Rules still apply like outside links etc but that is fairly simple to work around like "The big auction site" etc and not much of a problem as the vast majority of the CPK trading hands takes place privately, and on the exchange here.

I've asked for clarification on many rules as well. For example swearing is allowed if Nathan permits, but religion/politics are still not allowed.

I think the main issue, is Nathan and Jo are both busy and have limited time here, so the more threads like that which require moderation will add to their work load but provide little if any direct benefit to them.
 
Excellent. I'm all for those with appropriate membership level being able to approach the issue of a trade without being vilified, lol.

I'm still in the market for a couple of specific pieces. Having kept a few multiples might now serve me well in a search for them.

Yeah you're right. I'll look into the rules and my responsibilities tomorrow and I'll set something up. :thumbup:
 
We are having a sale of Light Choppers this Friday. There will be 30, which is the largest sale we've had. I've done it this way so they won't sell out so quickly and folks can get what they want without special keyboard kungfu. If they sell out real quick and there are a bunch of folks who don't get what they want I'll set up a preorder for them after the sale. Otherwise, this is the last of the Light Choppers for a while so we can focus on other patterns.

We have EDC in process and the last of the Field Knives soon.

Thank you everyone for your support, 2016 was a good year. We have a new hire now, so our output in 2017 should be improved. This should mean larger sales with bigger windows for folks to get the gear they want.
