Got mine sent out today. I know, I know, but the lady said it would get there in plenty of time. I also received a package from Halm on Friday. Yeah, I went ahead and opened it. Guess what was inside? A whole bunch of gift wrapped packages!!! But my wife said I'd have to wait to open those! No fair. I have to wait to open a whole bunch of packages now!!! :(
 
ok ill admit i didnt intend on waiting till christmas to open mine:D got a box from bryan (obedriverleather) today and opened rite after i chased the mail lady down. wow is all i can say

i knew of bryan before joining BF from a mutual friend but didnt begin talking to him till after. he made an awsome sheath for a skookum bush tool for me. as fate would have it he got my name for the ss. he talked with our friend to get some ideas on what to send and finally contacted me. i told him that i had been wanting a new game tote for ducks. boy did he deliver, this thing is awesome! bryan also conspired with chris and sent a KFU EDC with a custom pocket sheath, chris this thing is awesome. its like it was made for my had and the wood is beautiful. is it cocobola? it will see much use while riding with me on patrol. theres also an exo tac fire rod, a match safe with storm matches, and a tin with some awesome needles and thread.

i am honored to call bryan a friend, thank you ver much sir.
 
You are most welcome, i did cheat a little to find out what you wanted but all's well that ends well they say, now i can relax and enjoy the rest of you guys sweating it out. Can you think of a better way to spend Christmas than with friends like this? i cannot.

I work at the Post Office-imagine how I feel!!!!! :o I walk door to door delivering mail. In December I have to go to a lot of them twice or three times because I can't carry all the packages in one trip! Saturday I couldn't fit all the mail in my mail truck. :( Job security I guess, but my Postal Chevy Uplander wasn't enough. LoL!
 
Haha I talked to the post master today (gave him a ride actually) and that exactly what he said "job security"

I've been having troubles getting all the mail into the 48' semi trailer lately. They had to hire on an extra 22' box truck until Xmas.
 
Well, scratch one more . . . . . I met Ginger (cool mail lady) coming down the sidewalk tonight when I got home . . . . She said she had just dropped off some more "zombie" killing tools and the daym box weighed about 20lbs. Said if the apocalypse ever happens, she is heading straight to our front door . . . :)
I estimate she missed it by about 3-4lbs . . . . . :eek:
VIK, buddy, did you take Wilson's or Mykel's hint from last year and ship those coal lumps to Ohio ??? ??? . . . . :D :D
I put the box on the dining room table & reached for KFU's Kephart he just made me to make short work of the tape. Sally T pulls a complete 180* turn and starts yelling not to cut the tape & to put that knife away. "THAT BOX IS GOING UNDER THE TREE UNTIL CHRISTMAS MORNING" . . . . What ??? And this is after you threaten VIK to open his??? WTH . . . . . :) :)
So that is where we stand at the moment . . . . but never fear, I did not put the Kephart away . . . . ;) ;)
