lol. i was seriously just thinking of opening mine/yours. BUT...i wasn't going to be doing it for me. i'm strong. ahem. ;) i was going to be it doing for all of you. get some pics for you guys to look at.

You need to re think your position on that matter. Take charge of your future- only you can make it happen.
 
It was an ORDER! You just can't say "no" to SallyT -- that's dangerous!
besides -- can you imagine what the wait was doing to J1M? anticipating how I'd react and all that had to be hard on him... :eek:
 
Anybody else starting to get the feeling they did not put enough stuff in the box they sent? I will make it up to my guy i promise.

Hey Monofletch, bought it from DP Knives off the knife makers exchange. I think he calls it a "Skulu". Probably because of the handle shape. I never really used it, but I think it would be great for skinin' small game. Or trimming fat from a cut of meat in the kitchen.

:o Uh YES! I only sent KNIVES!! :D And, he hasn't posted yet whether he's opened his package or not. So, I got no idea if he likes them or not.........
 
I don't think it matters..as long as you reach the minimum value set by KFU. :) It's all in fun anyway, right?
 
You will have no doubt when i get mine, i will open it at the post office:D, My local postman is used to me getting knives so he usually texts me when i have a box, and being that he is a bit of a knife nut also him getting to see the new ones are a part of the service. wet rainy day here this morning, got 2 sheaths to finish by tomorrow and i have having a hard time getting started. perfect day to be under a tarp or big cedar tree drinking hot chocolate.

Folks, it's like I told VIK, when you were raised on a farm like I was & have been in the outdoors for more than 45 years, it's amazing how much "stuff" and "toys" you accummlate, and then add in trips to Bass Pro, Gander Mtn., etc. and all the 3's, 4's, and 5's of items you forgot you bought there last time . . . . :)
It's not about the quanity, it's not about who got the biggest box, it's about how many times you keep coming back to this thread to see who cracked next, who succumbed to the "pressure", who always has the best excuses (Mykel won 2011, hands down . . . :D ) for opening it before you even get back inside the house with it . . . .
I'll make a bet with each and every one of you that if you start at the very beginning of this thread and read each individual post, you can not, will not, make it thru the entire post without at least one small grin cracking across your face . . . . . :)
That is what this is all about . . . . . ;)

thats funny, mine drives slower if she stops by the house with something i have to sign for and doesnt see my patrol car. she knows ill track her down, done it more than once:)
