So how many cities/counties and countries are the relatively few BF 2017 knives now located?

My wife just told me this is the first pretty knife I've ever bought :eek: I don't know if I should be happy because she likes one or sad because of the rest :rolleyes:
 
Are the knives still up for sale?
When i click the link it doesnt bring me to the knives, it just brings me to the site, and i cant find them.
