I thought it would be hard not to find a place like this in Oregon.

Hell even the transients in Oregon are vegans. I had some lady ask me to buy her a salad once, because she was a vegan bumb and couldn't eat meat. !@%^^&!!! (I thought to myself "how about I buy you a burger and find out how hungry you really are?")
