I don't care if we hit the liquor store and butcher shop (if we can find an accessible grill) and just hang out somewhere. All I know is it's a long drive to just do the show. Especially with representation from the mother-ship in town.;)
 
There is a well stocked bar in the show location too :)
 
I have a prior commitment for part of Saturday night but I'll have to make sure someone has my cell number to let me know where the party is so I can meet up with everyone later. I would hate to miss out on this.

i'll be there saturday with my son, work permitting. not sure i'll make dinner this year. any of the california contingent coming up? ban, jeremy???? looking forward to seeing bill and hans again, as well as plenty of the rest that i've met in the past.

I don't think so, the show is at the Monarch Hotel and Conference center in Clackamas, not in downtown Portland. From some of the posts I've seen, it seems like people think the show is downtown Portland, its not, here is the address:

Wow. Damn, youre right! I was totally wrong about which hotel it was being held at. Sorry for the confusion!
 
Last year on Friday, we went to The Ram for a great meal. I would highly recommend this place for a repeat. It's within stumbling distance for sure. :thumbup:

For the past few years, our Saturday dining was at McMenamins - Kennedy School. It's been a great experience every year, but not within stumbling distance. :D

I'm definitely up for additional suggestions. :cool:

I'll be there all three days. I hope to have some sheaths for anybody who would like to order them and take delivery at the show. It should be a good time and I'm excited to see all the HOGs, Rats and Dogs!
