The Olamic Wayfarer

I saw this on Olamics Facebook and wanted to share with everyone in case you didn't see, this looks insane:eek:

The word "graffiti" comes to mind.

Petsonally, a little too high on the bling factor! The two on the left would not look out of place in an avant-garde art gallery.

Anyone tried one of the new Olamic Wayfarer full titanium frame locks? The example below is from BladeHQ with CTS-XHP steel blade and bead blasted finish.

I had a chance to try one of the frame lock versions today at the Denver PKA show. Loved it. Slimmer than the liner lock version. The one I got to play with had copper inlays in the handle. Very cool knife.

I took home a more standard Wayfarer liner lock and am really having a blast. Thanks to Eugene for his great communication, I really appreciate it and it gives me (even greater) confidence in the Olamic brand.

So...had never heard of this knife or maker before.

Um...WOW. This is definitely cutting some other knives on my must have list. Gorgeous!

The Wayfarer first caught my eye in those ads in Blade magazine. That led to searching here on the forum and the next thing you know...

I've pretty much been doing nothing but flipping my new knife tonight. :)

Even tho my wayfarer has a pocket clip, I would like to have a belt pouch for it. Anybody have/using one they could post a pic of? I figure I'll probably have to have one made or make one myself.

Just fishing for suggestions and ideas.

Mine came with one. You can see it in the last picture below.

Finally, received the Wayfarer I really wanted. Eugene never forgot about me and what I wanted even after no contact from late October 2014 to late February 2015! Incredible dedication and customer service! My example is all matte, plain CF with no inlays, titanium pivot and compound grind blade of CTS-B75P stainless steel.

And just that fast, Eugene has offered to send me a pouch for my Wayfarer!

That is some outstanding customer service right there. I don't want to gush on too much so I won't but man, I haven't been so impressed with a company in a while.

So a big shout out and thank you to Eugene!

I'm impressed as well. Excellent products and customer service.

Next up for me will be a Rainmaker, but we got to talk him into jimping the
flipper like a Thorburn:)

I can't seem to be able to decide if I want a Rainmaker before another Wayfarer, not to mention the new 3.5 inch Wayfarer coming out.

I can't wait to see those new smaller knives, although I find the size of the regular Wayfarer to be about ideal.

ETA: Having just looked at some pics of the Rainmaker again, I gotta say that is one cool looking knife!
