Since these guys are being so awesome to me, I'm going to put up some of the things I mentioned earlier.

I have a Condor Sapien. It is loose in the sheath, but only when turned upside down. I'm sure it could be shrunk down. I have no use for it since I have a Condor Tavian, which is an AMAZING knife. My only stipulation is that it go to someone who has never owned a Condor, who doesn't have a decent fixed blade, and who has either contributed to the thread or is a young person in need of a field knife.

I also have two DMT stones, one coarse, and one fine. Blue/coarse, red/fine. The red one has a screw where the pin used to be but it works just fine. I'll post pics in a sec.

Hehe...I was thinking that originally and wondering if you'd give it a shot. My wife used my phone yesterday and asked me why I was trying to meet up with a serial killer LOL. I told her to read through our emails and she felt slightly better. :)

Ok time to box some stuff up and find a good movie to watch... Any suggestions? I have insomnia, always have, Id say I suffer from it, but I dont suffer.. i have gotten use to it and actually enjoy being awake when everyone is sleeping.. its just perfectly peaceful :D I only sleep 2-4 hours max on a GREAT day and I go several days with no sleep quite often, SOOOO pretty much every movie and TV show I can find I already seen.... Not much else to do when everyone is sleeping LOL, so finding a new, to me, movie can take as long as the movie sometimes LMAO

Are you the guy that's been looking for a nice medium smallish fixed blade for a while in this thread. The one that gave up his folder waiting on a fixed blade?

Any criteria for this fixed blade? Does it have to be able to get smashed or just non folding?

That's me! And no criteria, it's mainly for self defense, although the wilderness sometimes gives me an attitude.. ;)
But in all seriousness, I'd just like it too be flat enough do I can strap it on my side

Here's a SAK Alox Cadet. I won it in a contest over on the BK&T subforum.
It's slightly used with lots of life left in it.
A great knife, but I just don't use it and it needs a good home.
Tell me you want it and I can ship it later this week.

Maybe you should keep you're eyes peeled for that bk11 someone said they were gunna offer up around here.

Idk though, I wouldn't want to use something with minimal guard for self defence or carry for SD at all or pull a knife if I was being robbed.

I am definitely looking forward to that!
And as for the self defense, I completely agree with you, they can have my wallet. But it's really scary to be held at knife point, maybe that's why I feel a need to have a knife on me. If I get stabbed, and heaven forbid that never happens, I'd like to stab my attacker back at least. Or at least scare him off knowing that I'd fight back.
But yeah, as soon as I can save up the money, I'm taking myself, my fiance, and my stuff, and getting the heck out of this neighborhood! :p

Plus not to mention all of the cool batoning I would do with a good fixed blade! The first thing I'd do is make myself a little campfire and make some smores!
