Hello everyone,
I wanted to share a project that recently came off my workbench here in the Swedish wilderness. This design is something very close to my heart, and I’ve named it The Osprey.
As a fishing guide, I spend countless hours on the northern lakes, always accompanied by a faithful friend… the osprey. Its elegance, its speed, and its perfect adaptation to life on the water have always fascinated me. Watching it circle above the water, standing frozen in the air for seconds, locking onto its prey, and then diving through the waves with absolute precision is pure nature perfection.
The bird is damn elegant, yet at the same time a completely uncompromising, sharp tool. Exactly this feeling is what I wanted to channel into a knife: An EDC that looks refined, but is precise and relentless when put to work.
For the steel bolsters on the Osprey, I hand-textured a wave pattern to represent the rough Swedish waters where the inspiration was born.
Both knives come with a custom, hand-stitched leather sheath equipped with a belt clip for versatile carry.
Greetings from the North,
Christian Greiner
