The Panerai Trend - Would you Still buy it?

The GMT is nice. Sometimes i wonder why Omega even puts a He escape valve on the normal Seamaster. They should just come out with one seamaster with it and the others without it. No one's gonna be using it anyway.

I've never been a fan of rubber straps though. Still prefer the ss bracelets but Omega's bracelet sizing is a PITA. So i might change to a rubber strap just 'cos it's more comfortable.

Currently, this Casio is what i'm wearing whilst the Omega PO is in the shop for repairs and getting an extra half link.

I've forgotten how nice it is to wear a super light watch which is simple to use and cheap. The Casio has only the basic digital functions and it's tough solar as well. Quite happy to be rough with it.

I am intrigued, does someone have a link for me to look at this watch? When someone mentioned Titanium, my ears perked up......... Link me!!

I don't know which watch you're talking about but you can have a look at the titanium omega's at www.omegawatches.com using the watchfinder and just fill in titanium. All the titanium watches should be listed.

Panerai on the other hand is under www.panerai.com.

Luminor GMT in titanium. How beautiful is that!!!???

the rubber band looks good, might have to see about 1, other than my pan GMT i have only seen 2 others ever, they arent like rolex/omega, ya dont see them often, when i bought mine i had never even heard of them, a bud bought it overseas while he was in the army, was about to lose it in pawn, i got it for the ticket ($300) and another $300 to my bud, he got a deal on it when he bought it though, $1200 IIRC....?

the ti looks cool too, great looking watches imho.

another bud had a rolex date/just SS & 18K jubilee band, roman numerals, champagne face IIRC, he pawned for $450 and LOST IT was too ashamed to ask anyone for a loan/etc, i shoulda beat him lol.
