Sadly, it doesn't. I believe it would be the old traditional black flap over the top though, with no model number stamped on the back.Curious, does your Pathfinder have the original sheath? Wondering which style sheath came with this vintage.

OH, that knife and everything with it needs to go into the Pathfinder Club Museum.My 105 one-liner was made before 28 JUN 1966; my cousin purchased it at the MCX at Camp Lejeune NC on that date. It has the flap over sheath too. OH
