Figured out the picture thing. Here is the knife. Looks to be a 1972-1986 year model. I was a little bummed when I got it home and realized it had a name faintly engraved on the blade but I hoping I can get it polished out without too much difficulty. I went ahead and sent it to Buck for their service. Thanks for the warm welcome.

Here is the knife. Looks to be a 1972-1986 year model.

Nice 105! We can narrow that time frame to 1973-1980 due to the blade stamp orientation and the Micarta spacer behind the guard. Post a pic after its vacation to Idaho.
