I sent em one 2 days ago and have yet to get an answer, and I'm PRETTY sure the one I sent like a week ago got to them as well, because I typed in the email address, but I don't see how I could have gotten it wrong.

:grumpy:

Roger went to the SHOT show and am backed up. So give them a few days or better still give them a holler. They got a toll free number.

When I call them over phone, I always have fast respond... This company is always nice to deal with.

Thanks, Vassili.

I ordered a couple of knives from Knifeworks a few months ago.

After about 3 days I phoned them to see what was happening with
my order. Spoke with Roger, he said something like "Had to order those,
they weren't in stock". Then he said they should be in in a couple of days.

I wasn't too thrilled about that; asked him to cancel the order
and issue a refund to my credit card.
He did so, courteously, while I was still on the phone with him.

Have sort of mixed feelings about it

I've bought most of my American knives from Knifeworks, and they've always been fast to reply to my e-mails. My experience with them has been excellent so far.

Try calling them, I'm sure Roger will do his best to help you out.

The two knives I order from them got to me in 5 days or less. Now the one and last knife I ordered from the Bladeshop took 3 weeks to get to me.

Hmmm... I love that picture.

Sorry for posting it on the wrong board, I just figured since it was general knife discussion that was where it should go, but I know now.

Anyways, I guess I'll wait a couple more days since it was the weekend, and I also don't know where else I could get the knife I want engraved.

I don't really feel like calling them though >_<
