Larry, what did you use for this picture? What is your setup and connectors?

For my solar observing I use a double stacked 90mm solar hydrogen-alpha scope with a Canon digital camera. First I take a picture of the surface and than a picture of the limb. I than combine the two and take out some of the red.

The moon shot was taken with my TelVue 101 4" Apo Refractor and a cannon digital camera.

I enjoy Nature and Astrophotography

RWS, was that photo taken from the pedestrian bridge that connects the NY, NY to the MGM Grand? I have a LV photo of my own that looks almost identical to that, except your camera has higher megapixels. :)

I had seen cicadas skins hanging around before but when I saw one actually emerging, I had to get a shot.

For weeks I've been trying to get a shot at the hummingbirds that come to the feeder outside my window, finally I was able to get a more or less decent one.

And a link to an online album where I've uploaded some pictures from a trip to Los Tuxtlas, Mexico.

Yes, just as you exit the doors of NY NY Hotel heading toward MGM on the bridge, I set the camera down on the wall and put it on timer mode to take the picture.
