It is a functioning prototype. Jerry took it out of his pocket, flipped it open and handed it to me...all this in front of my eyes. :)
 
That fricken' guy! Took it out and flipped it open! Call me skeptical but I need to inspect it in person. :)

Based on pics I have seen of the Prior Folders (the Prototype folders..........multiple pics, which I may or may not have saved, but won't share out here in public because that was the stated desire of the Boss), it is neither a liner lock nor frame lock.

That 8 year old picture of Bravado holding The Folder is the real deal. I was there, and I got to handle The Folder, too.
