"The Port Royal" 36 caliber

Wow I wonder if id come close to having somethign resembling a knife or a pistol if I attempted to make one! LOL

Bruce, Another amazing piece! Words just cant do your work justice.. Normally I just stare and drool, But had to comment on this beautiful work!! Great job brother, thanks for showing us!! :)

Wow Bruce that is so Damn cool cant wait to see it done but is is very cool as is.

Another thanks guys. I like the wide open spaces too on this one but Brian is such an artist I know he will enhance it to another level. I also have some knobs from the mahogany display box that will get engraving.

Bruce,

Thanks for sharing! Amazing work and really looking forward to seeing her finished with engraving.

Bruce,
All your work is just amazing and an inspiration to me. Thanks for posting and sharing this one- truly a masterpiece! Hope to meet you some day and shake your hand.:thumbup::thumbup:

Well its finally finished. It won "Best Engraved Handgun" at the FEGA Show (firearms engraving guild association) a couple weeks ago. It boggles my mind how Brian can do such precise engraving but I'm really happy he can.

Bruce,

You realize, of course, that 100 years from now, folks will still be saying, "Dang, that was just simply an amazing piece of work".

Truly a wonderful piece of work. Thank you so much for sharing it with us.

What a Beautiful piece of art! Such a wonderful functional and beautiful package -- very clever case with all the accessories under the main panel.

Congratulations to you and Brian on the FEGA award -- I am quite certain that is not an easy award to bring home.

Thanks for sharing with us.

Brian

Bruce,

Your work deserves Brian's beautiful engraving.

You two have created something that will outlast us all.

The compliments are appreciated guys. I spent the night in the shop a few nights on this one. I made the red mahogany oval shaped case too....with a bit of help.

Raymond, the screws are flame colored stainless steel. The light plays havac on the colors.
