The "Rebel"

Jeez,
I keep coming back and staring at this knife. Such a beautiful piece.

Is there any chance someone could post a photo of a Rebel and a knife I know for a size and scale comparison?

Doesn't have to be this one. But a Rebel and say a Recluse or a Kephart would be awesome. And it doesn't have to be museum quality. Just a quick snapshot or two.

I get the feeling this knife is a tad smaller than my mind's eye is picturing it.

Andy's knives always surprise me with size. The Recluse was smaller that I pictured it. The Woodsman was larger. Not a bad thing at all. It just keeps me guessing.

Or even next to a ruler or soda can. Just something to give me some idea of scale.

It's very similar to the Wingman in size. I couldn't find any pictures comparing the Rebel to those models but here is some info on the Wingman.

Here’s one I had early in my fiddleback obsession. Wish I’d never parted with it. It is very similar in size to the Hiking Buddy but totally different in feel.

I sold mine recently. I liked the handle but the blade was impractical to me. If it had a HM or BN blade it would be a cool useful model

The blade was different, but the handle was cool, that's what made me want to find a DP maverick to try out

i looked at all the Dealers...no dice
i remember the knife, just not it's final destination

Don't waste any time on it Phillip. I may grab one some day. There are more than enough other Fiddlebacks out there to keep me interested.

But truthfully, it's the support that keeps me interested. I ask about a knife, and I get a response, and a search.

That is customer service. It keeps me coming back. You guys are a notch above.
LV,

Sorry Vance, I just saw this.

Sadly, I'm not much of a fan of yellow.

For me this knife is kind of like that stuff by the check ojts in grocery stores. I don't think I need it, until I see one. Then I want it.

Right now I'm bouncing back and forth between an Arete and a Bushfinger. An ocassionally entertaining a Bush Hermit. This next one may happen slow, fost, not at all or at 15:00.

I reLly don't know for sure.

For the moment, I'm content to Fiddle with my new KE Bushie.
