Just a heads up to the sword folks that happen to be on this forum. On another board I just saw a post that suggested that the annoying and dispicable Pavel Novak (and all variations of that name) is once again up to his old tricks.
His MO consists of dredging emails off of various web fora and then offering sword and knife bargains to the individuals that own those email addresses. Typically he will offer what he claims is a 17th or 18th century Japanese blade or blade for 1/2 to 1/3 the amount he claims to have paid for them. He also typically sends pictures of his supposed sword and claims that it is papered. Buyer beware. If a deal is to good to be true... it is.
