The " Roosters " are crowing for the " Farmers"

Bill said that SFA had the wrong name , it was supposed to be something else that I can't remember.
I wonder if Bill forgot to tell Joan Mae, or whoever’s in charge of the tube tops, and then they decided to just name it orange crush acrylic since it looks the same as the orange crush acrylic they used on the 2023 Crown Lifter 14’s.

Dave, are you sure that one is stainless? I've never heard of a Northfield branded knife in stainless.
Jeff, You are way more knowledgeable than I in these details. Let me know if I’m wrong. I was told by seller this was a pretty rare Lyle SFO (one of approx 50 made) in stainless all-steel construction with the old world long bar shield in smooth ivory bone. I have not carried or used it because I didn’t want to test drive for patina.

The GEC website was down earlier so I couldn't get this before, but here it is. I circled in green the critical info.
54 knives in the Old Smooth Ivory Bone. Great knife!

Yes, they were ALL STEEL construction but not stainless. One of GEC's greatest in my view.

There's one way to test if it's stainless or not...;)

Queen Cutlery made some Farmer's Jacks in stainless I do believe, this might be the source of confusion ?
