The Sardinian connection.

Nice one, Carl! I was transported....

That dark Resolza, larger than the others, with light streaks in the horn... look anything like this one? ;)

This one seems to have a somewhat "purple" handle - outstanding!
All these resolzas are wonderful (should the plural be RESOLZE??)

...that's just a trick of the light, I guess. It's jet-black, aside from the white streaks.
Maybe this photo is better...

Thanks, Duane. (Good to "see" you again, hope you've been well.)
And thanks to Fausto, as well. I wouldn't have known of this pattern without his influence, much less been able to obtain one so easily.

That is a drop dead specimen of a resolza!!!

Love the dark horn, it's enough to make Castillo go bad!:D. I guess it may be a good thing that I can't just oder one or go buy one. It would be all too darn easy to start collecting them. Different color horn, ,maybe a few carbon, a few stainless…

Danger, danger!

Alessio,
thanks for your contribution. Some beautiful Sardinian traditionals you have there.
And yes, the Sardinian connection is going strong ;)

Holy moly~! That one is really calling to me. I love the blade profile, and the handle shape, the horn is gorgeous and the damascus is stunning!
Now I am going to be researching the Mozzetta... Thanks! ;)
