into a goodwill store a couple of months ago and went back to the kitchen stuff and there in the box was a brand new looking Dexter 4'X7" blade heavy duty cleaver. I snagged it for the princely sum of $5.00 - and put a convex edge on that bad boy. I think the going retail is around $39.00 for a Dexter this size. :D
