Yes folks I again want to admit that I have been very disapointed in most of the knives I have bought in the past 8 months. The first to exceed my expectations was the AR's that I got a few weeks ago. Today I got my Lone Wolf Harsey Tactical. This is what VALUE is all about.I cant say enough good things about this knife. It's BIG and fits my hand perfectly. They used S30V which is my favorite to date. The action is smooth as silk, the lockup is perfect and the price was more than reasonable. The liner seems as beefy as the AR.My friend and dealer made sure to pick one that was functionaly perfect. In my opinion this is the best value to come out in the past 3 years.Needless to say I ordered another one right away.

I agree. This is the best kept secret in the knife world right now. My two week old Harsey is flawless. It gives my Strider's a run for their money in the hard-use, built-like-a-tank arena.

Greetings Gentlemen,

I have been searching high and low for a picture of the clip/locking side but have had very little luck. I found one picture but I am looking for a close up of that side and perhaps of the lock up. Anyone have one that can throw up a picture? Thanks

Thanks Masterchef, I appreciate it!! How would you rate the liner lock on that model?? Does it compare to any other knife that many of us may be more familiar with?

Without starting WWIII I would have to say the whole knife is very Striderish!! Everything about the knife says "use the hell out of me".I really have to say thanks to Lone Wolf for making such a quality knife at a real value price. This should be one of those must have knives if you like BIG BAD A$$ quality folders at a very reasonable price!!

There's no way to compare those two knives. Two completely different animals. The sebenza is the best in it's field and the Harsey is one of MANY great large tactical folders. The only way I can answer that question is if you offered me either one for free I would take the Sebenza!

Now how did I miss this one? That's a good looking knife--definitely worth looking into. Even has the Lake/Walker locking system.

Man, that Harsey is monstrous - looking. I can't believe how it dwarfs the AR ....

Yes, it has dual thumbstuds.

I suppose you could remove the LAWKS system, if you found the right size washer to take its place.

I have loved the looks of this folder, ever since I first saw it pictured in a magazine before it's release. But, I had the chance to handle one personally at a local knife show a few months ago, and the specimen I checked out was way too stiff. I could barely open it with one hand, and in fact couldnt open it half the times I tried. It must have been one that shouldnt have left the factory, as every other report on the folder has been very positive. I still want one badly, and will continue looking for one.

Danbo dont loose faith.Mine opens as smooth as can be. Just have your dealer pick a nice one out for you!!!!
