And not to divert the thread too far, but Masterchef... that Microtech Terzuola ATCF ... I'd love to have one, look very well executed.

But sheesh... it's priced about the same as the entry-level custom ATCF from Bob, admittedly a S/A knife, in all titanium handle and S30V ~ around $475. Add CF slabs for another $20.

How do you like the MT ATCF? Pretty sure I see a liner lock (and not a Microbar). And again, if you don't mind me asking, what did you pay? They retail for either $600 and street around $500-$600 is what I'm seeing. For that you do get a D/A bolster release, and Bob grinds the blade.

While I'm here... anyone know who Terzuola uses for heat treat?
 
rdangerer I like the new MT/Terzuola DA. It's a smooth liner lock. To me it should be priced around $350.00-$400.00 tops but thats just me.I got a great deal on mine well under $500.00 Definitley a knife for every MT collector!!!
