The secret GAW

I give allot of credit for puzzle creativity to my Dad, who often quizzed us with riddles and puzzles. He also has a pretty neat collection of whats called where I'm from "blacksmith puzzles". You know those twisted bits of metal you got to get just right to separate. To give another example of my thinking sometimes, once my brother in law was considering building a demolition derby car.He got the "book" with the official rules. After reading it he handed it to me because I was going to be in on the build. Well after going through the rules once I sat down reading them and making a list. He asked why I was copying them because we could keep the book. I said "I'm not, I'm writing down what they DON'T say". In other words I read the rules and started my plans based on how I can get an advantage and still be within the rules. ;) I'm the type that gets new rules added to the book :p Unfortunately we never did get a car to build...another story for another day
