For me daggers are the sexiest knives. I have had a bunch of them over the years but end up selling them or just neglecting them as they have very limited uses.
Have a good few, and like them as well. Carried a Gerber Mark I as a boot knife for several years - the only dagger I have carried - good knife!

Compound hollow grind in Damascus had my attention on this one, along with the copper striations in the fat carbon. I had to have it! I seen it and traded two good folders for it since my pockets didn’t have more than lint in ‘em. Pics don’t do it justice. Probably the “busiest” knife in my collection.

Btw - I agree on fullers!! Love em.

Love fullers but for me it is guards! (So long as they are part of the blank and not an additional piece)

I voted for a few of them since it depends on the knife. I wouldn't consider practical features to be sexy, they're enough for me to keep a knife but not to get excited about one despite its shortcomings.

For fixed blades, I'm a sucker for subhilts, and for traditionals, swing guards. I guess those go under the guard category.

For folders, I'm more inclined to keep a knife I like if it's a 4" blade, since nicer large knives are hard to come by.

If the blade shape is unique and interesting, that contributes a lot to the overall look.

I do like fullers, especially if they're a little sharp and positioned to enable reverse flicking.

This one really did it for me.
